Asia’s Role in New Precipitation Satellite

 Extreme weather events around the world have pushed more attention to the study of rain and snow. A satellite launched from Asia last week is aimed at gathering more information in these areas—and ultimately help people prepare for the unexpected. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
