Chinese Scientists Tripped Up By Government Shutdown

The impacts of the government shutdown are still being felt around the islands. One area that was hurt was research using the radio telescopes atop Mauna Kea. Elsewhere in the world of science, an important conference was disrupted—involving scientists from China. HPR’s Bill Dorman has more in today’s Asia Minute.
