Google Helps Local Businesses Get Online

These days it seems like everybody is online. Most businesses, large and small, have a website or online presence to showcase their products. But, according to estimates from Google, nearly 70% of local businesses in the Aloha State aren’t online. HPR’s Molly Solomon tells us about an upcoming workshop that’s hoping to close that gap.

Maui businesses still have time to sign up for the free Google workshop. It's scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului. The three-hour session begins at 9 am. For more information or to register, visit: www.HawaiiGetOnline.com or call 1-800-986-6852.
