Hall and Oates Concerts Cancelled, New John Oates HPR ATC Interview

hallandoates.com

As we air a new pre-recorded phone interview with John Oates today on All Things Considered, we also learned the Daryl Hall & John Oates shows in Hawaii on October 27th and 29th will not happen. A message from promoters said Daryl Hall has an issue with his tonsils that requires medical attention, and refunds will be issued for tickets as he cannot perform for the next several weeks. Prior to cancelling the shows, HPR ATC Host Dave Lawrence spoke with John Oates in a new conversation.

The band had scheduled shows in Honolulu at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center Arena on October 27th and at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center on October 29th.  Refunds for box office ticket sales for both will start on Friday, October 7th at 10:00 a.m.  Ticketmaster phone charges and online sales will automatically be credited to customer’s accounts.
