Hawaii County Papaya Farmers Sue County Over GMO Law

  Today is the deadline in Hawaii County for farmers growing genetically modified crops to register with the County.  That was a provision of the law restricting the use of GMOs that was passed by the Hawaii County Council, also known as Bill 113.  But as Sherry Bracken reports from the Big Island, a group of farmers is now challenging that process in court.
