H?k?le‘a crew members are taking their voyage underwater. The traditional Polynesian voyaging canoe continues to sail up the eastern coast of Australia and recently spent a week diving in the Great Barrier Reef. HPR’s Molly Solomon spoke with Polynesian Voyaging Society president Nainoa Thompson as part of our ongoing series, H?k?le‘a: Voyage of Aloha.
