Pictures of price gouging for bottled water have been showing up on social media. The State Office of Consumer Protection says it’s received about 20 complaints and is planning to investigate any price gouging. The department placed a freeze on prices through August 15th as part of an emergency proclamation by the governor. Fines can range from $500 to $10,000 per violation.
