We have a few evening opportunities to see planets passing by, and we’ve got an update on a mysterious discovery relating to the dwarf planet Ceres as HPR All Things Considered Local Host Dave Lawrence speaks with Christopher Phillips from the Mauna Kea Astronomy Outreach Committee for this week's Stargazer.
