Margaret Wille is an attorney, educator and the Councilwoman from Kohala on the  Big Island.  She introduced Resolution 123 urging Mayor Billy Kenoi to consider alternatives beyond an incinerator for solid waste disposal. The council is scheduled to hear the final reading tomorrow morning.
