In less than a week, the developer has sold nearly 70% of the units being offered for sale to the public. Many real estate agents say the market is on the verge of exploding due to low inventory and pent up demand. HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka got one family’s perspective during a Symphony Honolulu purchase.
