The Wailers enduring reggae sound returns to Honolulu

The Wailers is a reggae musical brand strongly associated with their one-time front man, Bob Marley; he played Waikiki with them in 1979. Original Wailer Aston “Family Man” Barrett, bassist and noted arranger keeps the legacy alive these days; he and the band are in town at the Blue Note thru Sunday, also in Waikiki. Dwayne “Danglin”Anglin, CeGee Victory, and Joshua David Barrett explained to HPR ATC Host Dave Lawrence how the band carries the torch forward.
