We did it! Hawaii Public Radio's Spring 2017 Pledge Drive is finished (7 hours early). The station exceeded its goal of $900,000...and many of those came in via Bridging the Gap.

Thank You so much to everyone who pledged during the drive... and especially those who pledged for Bridging the Gap, and a special thanks my co-dj Jon Alan for sticking around with me for so many nights.

I have a few weeks of catch up for the "bag-o-schwag" bonus gifts... but will be sending them out ASAP.

It's Day 7 of the HPR Spring 2017 Pledge Drive...and we're pushing on raising money for both Bridging the Gap as well as all the programing.  Tonight I'm joined on air by Joey Gonz, the General Manager of KTUH and host of "Unfun Radio".

Ahhh, the quiet calm before the storm. Hawaii Public Radio's Spring 2017 Pledge Drive starts bright and early tomorrow morning, and I have a feeling that many of the shows will be pretty upbeat, so I'm taking the opportunity to embrace the little calm before all of the madness.

If you want to pledge early visit: bit.ly/isupporthpr
