This week on Helping Hand we’re learning about the Caregiver Foundation and their 6th annual fundraiser and silent auction at the Mandalay 1055 Alakea Street, Honolulu Saturday April 29th 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. featuring former State Senator Suzanne Chun Oakland, plus entertainment including Stephen Inglis and Doug Fitch. This invaluable nonprofit works to coordinate care for the elderly and disabled. Joining HPR All Things Considered Host Dave Lawrence is Anne Chipchase, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Caregiver Foundation.
Helping Hand is a weekly feature airing statewide on HPR1 stations Fridays as part of HPR1’s afternoon drive All Things Considered and then appearing online here, where all the previous segments are archived.
